This blog remembers us that "Nobody can run a business with a soft and kindfull mind." Strong and strict manangement than friendly approch will win in this case.

As Divya said hiring female employees will make some change. Even then we can't assure that they won't go. The employees are the only one, who can find the remedy for this problem. It is true that better opportunities are waiting for you, but don't go for it by making the current company in trouble. You have the right to choose your future but only after giving a little bit time for the current management.

As you mentioned, the problem behind this remain un-noticed by anyone. We see several effects already, it will be too late before we can change anything. Unfortunately the people who are responsible for this kind of situation may not be there to suffer. The next generation who are preparing themselves to be a part of this industry, are those, who are going to suffer. So my dear friends think of it and avoid such a situation. The next generation means it may be ur brothers/sisters or even your child. So please don't spoil their future for your selfishness.

Solution to retaining resources->Hire more female employees :)
They are very less likely to leave the job for better pay and even if they do so, they dont try to influence your present employees to leave their job.

OK,jokes apart...that was just the feminist in me talking :)

You have raised a very valid point here.
Brisk wage increases threaten to wipe out the advantage in outsoursing jobs from America and Europe to India and China.
The outsourcing bubble is predicted to burst some day. Like you mentioned, small sized companies will be affected the most and they need to come up with some ideas like a great product or partnership with one of the major ones to cope up and survive the so-called "economic tsunami" wave approaching India

Nice blog, by the way!!
